Single stock pots\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ewill have four legs.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5. Return stock pot to upright position; re-install burners and\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003egrate.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5.LIGHTING INSTRUCTION\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5.1 Turn all burner valves to OFF position and wait 5 minutes.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5.2 Turn gas shut off valve ON.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5.3 Light standing pilot with a lit taper. Adjust pilot to ¼” high flame, if\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003enecessary, by turning pilot valve adjusting screw. counterclockwise to\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eincrease or clockwise to decrease flame.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5.4 Turn burner valve to ON position.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5.5 If pilot does not light, turn main gas supply OFF and repeat steps 1\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ethrough 4.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eTO COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN THE BURNERS AND PILOT\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eLIGHTS\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eFor complete shutdown: Turn the main gas supply valve OFF.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e6.CLEANING\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eTop grate(s) may be immersed in strong commercial cleaning compound\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eovernight.
