Check the fit on your grill
This four-piece set combines stainless-steel skewers with wooden handles. Each skewer is approximately 60 cm long and 1 cm wide. Compare the usable metal length with your barbecue before buying; overall length includes the handle.
Plan your ingredients and portions
Cut ingredients into reasonably even pieces so each skewer is easier to load and turn. If ingredients need substantially different cooking times, prepare them on separate skewers. A four-piece pack is a useful starting point, but larger gatherings may call for extra sets.
Look after the handles
