Shipping Information
Non-rural shipping typically takes 1–4 working days, depending on your location and courier network congestion. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Please note that rural deliveries may take longer.

All orders are shipped via Aramex Couriers, NZ Post, or Castle Parcels.

  • Aramex Couriers: 12-digit tracking numbers — track at aramex.co.nz

  • NZ Post: 16–20-digit tracking numbers — track at nzpost.co.nz

  • Castle Parcels: Tracking numbers starting with DF

Defect Reporting
Customers must report any product defects within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Please include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue when reporting a defect.

Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
