Compare capacity, handling and temperature-management needs before choosing an insulated hot or cold pot.
Choose capacity around service
The current insulated-barrel range includes 35 L and 50 L sizes. It is described as stainless steel with a polypropylene cap. Compare the volume you need for each service with the space available for filling, moving and storing the container.
Insulation is not active heating
An insulated container slows temperature change; it does not replace cooking equipment or refrigeration. Do not treat a stated insulation duration as a guarantee that every food remains at a safe serving temperature for that time.
Confirm the exact model's contents, dimensions and handling requirements before ordering. In a commercial kitchen, use your established food-safety procedures and temperature checks for the food being held. Consider how you will clean and dry the container between services as well as its maximum capacity.
