Overall length is only part of the fit
The former six-piece set contained stainless-steel skewers with wooden handles and an overall length of approximately 48 cm. When comparing replacements, measure the usable metal section as well as the total length.
Match the skewer to your equipment
A skewer that works across a barbecue may not have the length or handle clearance needed for a tandoor. Check the cooking appliance's instructions and the position of the handles before choosing a set. Do not assume a wooden handle can be placed inside the heated chamber.
