Compare cutting grids and ingredient size when choosing an Ace potato chipper.
Choose a grid for the result you want
The Ace potato chipper includes two blade grids for thick and thin chips, with stainless-steel blades in an ABS body. A manual cutter is useful when you want similar-sized pieces for a batch, rather than cutting every chip individually.
Prepare potatoes to fit
Check the loading space and manufacturer's directions before pressing. Trim larger potatoes as needed so they fit without forcing the mechanism. Keep fingers clear of the cutting grid and stop if the ingredient does not move through as intended.
Uniform pieces help make a batch more consistent, but cooking time still depends on chip thickness, recipe and appliance. Remove trapped food carefully when cleaning, following the product instructions. For diced vegetables as well as chips, compare a multi-attachment dicer.
