Affix Stainless Steel Kitchen Press Chapati/Roti/Puri/tortilla Maker Machine

Understand press size, dough preparation and the difference between flattening dough and cooking it.

A press shapes the dough

A manual puri press flattens dough between plates. It does not heat or cook the dough. The former standard Affix model had an approximately 6.5-inch pressing diameter, a stainless-steel body and non-slip rubber feet.

Choose the size for your recipe

Compare plate diameter with the finished size you need, leaving room at the edges. Dough texture and portion size affect the result, so follow your recipe and the press instructions. A rolling pin may still be useful for adjusting thickness or finishing a shape.

This original model is archived and is not available through its old product page. Browse the current puri-press range and confirm the pressing diameter before ordering a replacement. Do not assume every product labelled a roti or puri maker includes heating.
