Prestige Deluxe Plus base is Stainless steel perforated (holes) plate, machine pressed to Aluminium cooker base. Suitable for Induction cooktops and gas cooking, this versatile cooker provides you maximum utility.
It is an outer lid pressure cooker made from virgin aluminium which is heavier and retains heat for long. The outer lid feature is suitable for both separator cooking and direct vessel cooking.
PRECISION WEIGHT VALVE
It is the first level of safety feature to release pressure above 1kg/cm2, which makes the cooking safe and time saving for you. It is made up of stainless steel for durability.
CONTROLLED GASKET RELEASE SYSTEM
This is the 2nd level of safety provide in Prestige pressure cooker, in case there is any blockage of vent tube, the CGRS will release the steam from cooktop. Thus making it extremely safe for usage

It is the 3rd level of safety feature top fitted to the lid, to release excess steam when pressure, rises beyond a safe level.
DOUBLE SCREW DURABLE HANDLES
The body and auxiliary handle both are fitted with 2 screws instead of single screw, making it last longer and durable.
It is a visual indication of pressure level which will help in indicating the correct time to open cooker lid. Thus making the cooker extremely convenient to use.
- NOTE: certain properties of water and certain mineral of food can cause darkening of the inside of the handi/pot upto water level. This is quite harmless. This discolouration does not affect aluminum or the food cooked in it in any way. When this discolouration occurs, it can be prevented by first boiling water with a small ball of tamarind or a piece of lime or tartaric acid/ citric acid for about 15 minutes. This prevent the darkening.
