The Kitchen Warehouse Gift Card

1 When you purchase a The Kitchen Warehouse Gift Card, either through the website www.kitchenwarehouse.nz or through a The Kitchen Warehouse outlet, you accept these terms and conditions.

2 Gift cards should be looked after as if they were cash. The Kitchen Warehouse Company take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards or gift cards used without permission.

3 The original purchase receipt showing the unique digits gift card number should be retained and must be produced in the event of any enquiry regarding the card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.

4 A gift card can be partially redeemed and the balance remains on the card for further purchases, until the expiry date. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

5 Any unused value at the date of expiry will not be refunded. Gift cards can not be reloaded with additional value. 

6 Once processed, a gift card purchase cannot be cancelled. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. The Kitchen Warehouse may alter these terms and conditions at any time, and we advise you to check them again every time you purchase a gift card.
